Take a look… Which perk do you think offers the most incentive to use that particular program?

I Had an extended conversation about Geolocation services today. Its pretty clear that Geolocation isn’t close to mainstream yet. Certainly Foursquare is growing and Facebook places is exploding but its not at a tipping point …yet.
(Tumblr currently has 15 million active users… so if Geo is a must for your business Tumblr probably is too!)

Bizzy

Get Custom Local Business Recommendations with Bizzy

Bizzy is a relatively fresh on the field Social-Places App. They hope to become a leader in the field for recommending “places” - restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, etc based on your own personal user entries about other places you like. Then once you enter places you like, people similar to you will enter places they like and the suggestions for where you should visit next should only get more and more personal based on you and people like you. Sounds simple enough and brilliant enough to be a Social App that becomes a Social Trend.

How long will it be though, before they allow companies to pay to have their business show up first in a search? Isn’t that what always happens? Maybe it won’t happen here. I’m interested to see how well this takes off. So far it sounds like an App I would actually want to try… Way to go, Bizzy.
